First impressions:
Robot mode:

The new Arcee is nice and tight.
I like a girl with a little meat on her chasis, this new Arce feels sturdier in the arms and legs and is a lot easier to stand up, less finicky.
Very articulated: [hip/dub-knee/ankle/toe][360 shoulder/upper arm swivel/elbow/limited wrist][ball joint head]
The cold diecast is very nice
Can dual wield her guns or store them on backpack behind hips
Guns are less fragile
LIGHT PIPING!!!!!!!!!!!

Vehicle mode:

Holds together nicely
Car interior has decent detail (including independent, though non functioning, steering wheel!!!!)
It's very Arcee
A bit more sharp edges compared to Valkyrie's rounded shapes
Guns are stored on back (trunk?) area
Wheels are rubber!

Flaws (IMO):

Wheels are stiff preventing smooth rolling
Paint on the diecast is a little sketchy, but overall miles better than the first Arcee to come out this year
The pink is on the bright side, i was hoping for a more bubble gum pink vs barbie pink, but its not a huge deal
Not a huge fan of the vehicle mode gun storage but i can get used to it or keep them separate

I really like this arcee a lot, the product has a few flaws but side by side, i gotta pick MGT-01

Sweet! Thanks for the comparison pics!

Also, what is the articulation like on the larger one, particularly on the neck and hips?
Thanks, eh!

My comments were based on the arcee on the right, It's name is MGT-01 and sold exclusively on iGear's site. Her head is on a ball joint so can swivel 360 degrees and nod up, down and side to side about as much as most modern Transformers. Her hips have 3 points of articulation, 1) rotates entire leg forward 90 degrees from a standing pose (not back due to back pack interference). 2)ball joint in hip socket for 90 degree lateral movement. 3)ball joint in top of leg connecting to previous ball joint allow for leg to swivel laterally 180 degrees.

Suh-WEET!! Thanks man!

I was impressed as is, but with that much articulation...wow!
I'm going to have to look into snagging one of these! Thanks again, eh!

Dumb question, but... what are these figures, and which is which?

Bah. If only I'd known about this before Valkyrie came out. Looks so much better, if a little boxy in vehicle mode. $100 is a bit too pricy though.

the figure on the left is dubbed "TRNS-01" or more commonly referred to as "Valkyrie", on the right is MGT-01 or "Delicate Warrior".

I purchased it from iGear's shop when the preorders went up.

The comparisons convince me that TRNS-01 was the right choice for me. MGT-01 would look great in a classics\universe\generations collection, but I feel that the aesthetics of TRNS-01 in more in tune with Generation1 toys. TRNS-01 has the slightly awkward look of G1 just right.

I vhants one! But over $80 is way over priced. Why can't Hasbro just make one? And Alpha Trion. I dont think hes gotter a toy either (I don't think.) Fix it, Hasbro. FIX IT!

Yes they did, he was in the GoD add-on set packaged with Weirdwolf, and I desperately want one. Like an idiot I passed up on the set when they sold it through the club store after Botcon was over.
