I just got an email from E-Hobby Japan.

http://e-hobby.co.jp/ehobby2010/

I submitted this to Seibertron as news tonight but I'm sure Mr Seibertron himself, Ryan is busy out partying on a Saturday night so won't see until Monday. Well, I'm stuck at home with food poisoning so was able to immediately check out the new message I got from E-Hobby... ;)

My Japanese is only Elementary level but it talks about the animation starting on Japanese TV on November 14th 1986 and says that E-Hobby is currently working on some new Transformers 2010 products - no specific details confirmed but check out the silhouettes and let the speculation begin!! :BOT: :CON:

Someone's Japanese is better than mine

Thanks for that Mach.

Hmmm HasTak are loving Rodimus multi packs at the moment.

Personally I'd only want Scourge out of the Decepticons 3 pack as I hate Galvatron's classics figure and am happy enough with Henkei Cyclonus (there were only 2 Cyclonus's in one scene in the movie). A good chance for people to get themselves a Sweep! :CON:

From the Autobots one I have Rodimus but want Kup and WreckGar. Again probably not but if the paint jobs were exactly like the G1 movie then I would get it. :BOT:

As we just reported here, e-Hobby just revealed a couple of new Transformers United "2010" product sets. The image features (from left-to-right, top-to-bottom) the following Transformers: (Decepticons) Scourge, Galvatron, Cyclonus, (Autobots) Junkion Warrior, Rodimus, and Kup (Char). Once the image is lightened a bit, additional details can be seen as shown in the image below.

Here's a comparison of the lightened image of the Junkion Warrior above an image of Wreck-Gar.

I watched the 86 movie last night and I swear I was thinking about how cool some of the Junkion wariors would be as CHUGs to go alongside Wreck Gar.

the 3 packs are great-but I wouldnt be too interested in the Con one but the Autobot 3 pack sounds great.......I obviously dont have Wreck Gar or Kup and need an extra Roddy f the upgrade kit.

so much coolness in this line.CHUG is the best modern TF line IMO.

well if Wreck Gar is good in person as he looks in the pics then I might like a junkion too to have them interact (I don't wanna say ride each other...). I already have Classics Rodimus and I don't want any of the others (had Cyclonus and sold him and the rest don't appeal at all).

A generic Junkion to go alongside Wreck-Gar would be awesome. Would only need to change the head really, the movie showed several different noggin designs.

Depending on how different the paint apps are, one could get the more 'expensive' TFUnited Scourge imported to be Scourge, and troop build Sweeps out of the relatively cheaper US version so the mass produced ones all really do look the same.

Sooo... These 3-packs are in addition to the regular United versions and have different color schemes? Or will these particular molds be exclusive to these sets?

Scourge, Kup, and Wreck-Gar will be available as regular Transformers United figures. I'm pretty sure that if you want this version of Galvatron, Cyclonus, and Rodimus you'll have to get these sets. It's possible that Scourge could have a different paint scheme to differentiate him for a Sweep with collectors.

I wonder if the US will get a Junkion warrior version of Wreck-Gar or if this 3 pack will be the only way. If it is I might go for it just to get a non clear version of Henkei Roddimus

Hmm, I'm guessing the Junkion Warrior will have the same color scheme with a new head. I saw HFTD Insecticon at TRU yesterday and couldn't help but think what an awesome army builder mold that it is. I am having the same feeling with this Junkion Warrior. Hopefully, he is sold separately as well as a part of this three pack.

Ah, I see, thanks. I'll probably be sticking with Hasbro versions this time around, but in the off chance the Takara ones are significantly better, it's a lot easier to pick up non-exclusive versions.

I'd really like to see a Voyager Class release of the Galvatron mold.

The one that's out now is way too small.

im gonna take a wild guess about the rodimus, galvatron and cyclonus figues in these sets and say they will probably look like the challange at cybertron set we got earlier this year, just based on the mention that they were to be g1 movie accurate. if they ment g1 figure accurate, i may have to consider the autobot set

If there's a Junkion then Scourge should be a Sweep! :APPLAUSE:

Cyclonus in movie colours like the other 3 pack = win. :CON:

I have to say I thought that Transformers United Kup's colours looked pretty movie accurate to me already. :-?

They could gold plate Classics Galvatron and he would still be an absolute turd of a figure. Give him a Masterpiece already! :D

Hot Rod in movie colours would be seriously cool, bring on the pink!

Me too! They'll make Stepper/Riccochet for sure.
They could totally do Hotspot from Inferno/Grapple as well but that one's a little less likely.

Absolute win. I would snatch up both no matter how costly.

Stick a new head on Wreck Gars body huh ???

If you catch a still frame of the planet of junk, there are plenty of head molds to copy. Would be nice if a 3rd party company could just make a "Junkion head set" that way yoou can buy 3 cheap Wreck Gars and attach the heads. The could also make clip on body armor and weapons and shields to make them look different. Now that would be worth the money rather than a repaint.
