What is this?

I'm selling all my old childhood toys and have been putting weapons with figures from everything from He-Man to GI JOE. I came across these two things that I can't place.

I'm thinking this gun is either a Transformers gun or a GI JOE vehicle but it's got a scope so I think it's for a TF. Anyone know?

Also what is this robot? I've always had it but I don't know who gave it to me or when.

well, the robot is Daitarn 3...
I've also narrowed the search a little, that gun is not a GI Joe weapon.

The yellow gun belongs to Diaclone Browning.

Not Diaclone, Microchange. Besides, we've already confirmed here that it belongs to a fake.

The one I have is a Diaclone, though most people know this guy as MicroMan Browning & yeah, the one in the picture is fake & kinda twisted.

Not quite. Quite a few Diaclone and Microchange (which was part of Microman) toys were released in France by Joustra, under the name "Diaclone". Unlike other companies, Joustra actually created fiction surrounding the toys, and cast them as sentient robots! Those releases are usually called "Joustra Diaclones" as far as I know.

And consider yourself very lucky, as Browning was only released in Japan as a real Transformer. Are the French ones hard to come by?

I bought my Diaclones in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates in 1985 (actually, my parents bought them for me). Yeah you're right about the fiction, "Diaclone Gun" (Browning) came with a small comic book written in French & there was a battle between him & "Diaclone Battle Convoy" (Optimus). Prime had the word "Diaclone" on his trailer.

Interestingly, my "Diaclone Trans-Am" (Windcharger) had an Autobot symbol.
