Couple of questions, whats different on this Grimlock compared to the one thats already out and whats with the multiple pictures on all these official images lately?

Ballerina Grimlock, comes with a tutu.

I noticed in the Activators that the difference was the explanation in age...bilingual now.. or multilingual

The multiple images of the packaging are for both major regions: Americas and mainland Europe. Grimlock should be the same, that means he still has the duller teeth.
