Saw these in Walmart today. I never saw these before. Are they new? (Ramjet and Skywarp)

Not really, they were out at about the time of RotF.
I bought Skywarp last years Christmas on a sale for 15$, and there are still a few of them available in a store near me (presently for 45$...)

As Chaoslock pointed out, they're quite old, but it seems some Wal-Marts have been putting them out again. One near me recently put out 2 of each for 22 bucks each.

Got them as soon as I saw them. I admit, $22 each is a bit steep, but anything's better than the aftermarket. I've seen one go for $70 at a fair!
