In car mode, his front windsheild has trouble fitting flush with his hood. In pictures I've seen, it fits correctly. Is there something that I may be doing wrong?

Is the screen at a funny angle to the hood or parallel? A pic may help us.

Are the arms holding the roof distorted?

Maybe one of the thigh rotators is stuck in the wrong place, maybe the head is pushed down. I think I need a pic.

It's hard to say without a pic, but I find if the legs are bent too far one way or the other underneath the car, it affects how well the alt mode fits together.

mines the exact same way the windshield just doesn't fit down
