This is really bugging me. Almost no new figures have found their way to my area. All we have (if there are any left) is wave 1 of HFTD, Generations, and PCCs. And a bunch of ROTF rejects like deluxe Mudflap, legends Mudflap, Tuner Mudflap, wave 1 RPMs, deluxe Gears, those dumb Robot Heroes sets, random scout classes, TRU exclusives, and the stupid keychains. All of the ROTFs are really taking up space, and are not being put on sale. Depending on where you go, the whole 2010 Transformers line is selling well or struggling to be adopted into the home of a fan. In places where they do sell, not even wave 1 is being restocked at all, leaving nearly or completely empty pegs and shelves. Not even kidding there. I have seen very small hints the rare wave 2 species on occasion, seeing Battle Blades Optimus Prime and Banzaitron at Toys R Us and Target only once at each location. My local Kohl's has stocked a very small amount of HFTD deluxes and PCC two packs, and my local Walgreens has one Breacher, one Oilspill, and one Sunspot...if they are still there. Many stores are even struggling to keep up with the demand for the new SpeedStars series. Now, with some 2011s showing up, and the Holiday season here already, it appears that many stores could end up skipping several waves in my area. It's really bugging me.

Is anyone else experiencing these difficulties?

yea, it happens to me sometimes. Stuff is trickling in, but nothing too new. I think that's just my area. I have to drive more than an hour away to see different kind of stuff, and well, that's the way it is. I get a handful of stuff online, which, I dislike paying more for, but, better to have it than not.

I don't think that new stock will be far behind. We were stuck with the same figures like you have been. It wasn't until today when I saw Generations Skullgrin, Thunderwing, Cliffjumper, and Red Alert that any new waves have made any sort of impact over here.

I'm looking forward to new things. I've seen the same junk for months, and only once in a while will there be a new figure on the pegs. And then, it's like "Wow....look at THAT!!!" The WFC Prime and Bees, they're still everywhere, and the only WFC Soundwave I saw in now on my shelf. Payloads also. Can't find a Banzi-tron or Highbrow to save a life, but if you want some Payloads, Chicago is the place for you.

Well, we've got tons of Payloads here, too. No Highbrows, though. I have been lucky enough to come across Banzai-tron once, well, now twice recently, but I guarantee he's gone already along with Optimus Prime. I just hope the stores don't skip waves over here. Mattel does that crap with the new Hot Wheels all the time (yes I collect those too).

No Terradrives here slaggit...but I did actually find two Hailstorms at Kohl's. I passed him up though because I don't like how he looks.

Until...you realize you have to pay shipping and all the figures you want are either sold out or are selling for at least $20 USD over retail. THAT'S why we scour the toy aisles in vain.

and yes, all rejects, cept two generations Thrust I am thinking about picking up for giggles since they are 9.00 each ^^

It really is a huge part of the fun of collecting.

I know, Thrust is a pretty big shelfwarmer here too. But I was curious so for the heck of it I picked him up for $9.00 also. He's really cool. If you're collecting seekers then you have to have him.

We here in PA have been stuck with the same stuff forever. Yesterday I saw a few Banzaitrons and Terradives and Walmart and Thunderwing and Cliffjumper at Target. I am hopeful that we will be seeing more stuff soon.

It's annoying enough when it takes months to sell through older waves of product, but it's even more aggrivating when new product comes in that skips over several intervening waves.

Stores in my area seem to have skipped 2 or 3 waves. While I'm staring lovingly at my RTS Jazz, I have yet to see any WFC Soundwaves or Generations Blurr. I'm hoping the christmas shopping will clear out the shelves and some of the slower stores in my area will put out some new stuff.

I know. I get really scared when wave 1 turns into wave 4 suddenly.
I'm still in the hunt for Blurr. But I believe he's getting a second shipment with the 2011 Generations figures if I'm correct.

Nice. We're slowly getting new stuff here too, but they can't seem to get rid of all the Wave 1s fast enough. You have to get there real fast to find anything new.

I actually don't know if the hunt is all that fun...it's fun when I find stuff. But I find stuff maybe 20% of the time or less, so I often feel like I've wasted my time. If I could get stuff shipped for the same price, I would.

For some reason the Toys R Us restocked in animated figures- some Rodimus, Cybertron mode Optimus, Oil Slick, and Arcee. I did see a Skullgrin and Thunderwing at Target, but it's pretty much the same old here too.

A pack of wolves successfully brings down a big game animal in about 10% of their hunting attempts. So, don't feel too bad about a 20% success rate finding new Transformers figures. You're twice as lucky as a pack of wolves
