UK: Anyone had a refund from Star Action Figures - Generations Soundwave?
Posted: Mon Dec 13, 2010 8:15 amA while back I pre-ordered Generations Soundwave along with an order for Generations WFC Prime and Megatron. The expected date passed and eventually an email was sent out to say that they were very sorry but they would no longer be able to supply Soundwave and all other items would go out ASAP along with refunds and while I have the figures I have not had a refund.
I sent an email on Friday which hasnt been replied to and I am now getting worried that this may turn into a battle. I paid by Paypal so if it comes down to it I suppose I could contact them.
Just wondered if any other UK buyers who pre ordered are still waiting for their money back?
