TRU UK have all of the Wave 1 & 2 PCC 2pks down to £4.97 online. At the time of writing this post, all are in stock too.

I've no idea if this extends to bricks 'n mortar stores too.

My TRU didn't have any PCCs at all, so I couldn't comment. Sadly. I'd have picked up a couple of 5packs to try them out (with my £10 gift-card) if I could have.
