Looks pretty good! I would suggest that you get somewhat better lighting or use an image editing program to make the picture lighter, however. The transformation was also a bit faster than I like to do in my stop-motions, but if that's how fast you wanted it to be, then it was good.

If I could offer some constructive criticism: add more frames to the transformation sequence to make it a little longer. It happened really fast and I would have liked to have seen it drawn out a bit more.

Nice work. But like Optimus1138 said, a little bit more lighting will be even better.
