I have some figures being shipped from their website and I wanted to know how long to expect them to take. I live near Philadelphia, but I don't have any idea where they'd be shipping from. Anyone know?

In a word - terrible.
Items that were available at the time of order can ship in a day or in three weeks. Totally unpredictable.
You might get your whole order, or you might just get a box with a Transformer magnet! Plain wasteful silliness.

Well, mine was shipped a day or two after I ordered it. I ordered from them for the free shipping and it says everything was sent. How long, on average, does it take after it's handed to the shipping company?
And I have already decided NOT to use them again. Barely any info on my order... bleh...

Yea I have heard both. The only time I ordered from Hasbrotoyshop was to get the LOC Starscream. At that point in time they wernt at TRU's. It took almost 2 weeks for it to arrive.

I have ordered from them once. It was quick shipping, and mint items with excellant packing.

I only order from hasbrotoyshop.com as a last resort.

It's pretty slow IMO In the 3 times I've ordered from them. The shipping itself isn't bad, but their processing to ship out is slower than most online retailers. I only shop there when there is a good promo going on i.e. 25% off / free shipping

I ordered from them because Toys R Us didn't seem to have any of the deluxes on their website. The shipping method I chose was supposed to take up to 7 days (it was the free one), but I often find myself getting it sooner than that from most websites. It might come it soon from them, but I just hate not being able to look that stuff up online.

Well that does it for me, I won't be buying from them. Only in a very rare instance if I absolutely have to.

don't get me wrong.. i mean, i got a great deal on the toys, and free shipping, i just kinda like to know where my stuff is at. especially since, after it goes through on the credit card, it's mine. they have such a non-chalant attitude towards it. like it's no big deal.
so if you're not in a hurry, and get a deal, go for it.

Well I live in Australia. Usually it would take pretty long but this year Australia has received many things in a little time.
No need for me to order my toys in, they are already in the shops

In fact I just got my Movie Bumblebee toy yesterday.
