This is a figure that paying homage to the G1 Scourge (http://www.seibertron.com/transformers/ ... ourge/219/), the loyal servant of Galvatron.

Here's something stupid:




So, in thinking about it, I realized that the lack of a paint deco running down the length of the wing is accurate...in a slavish kind of way.

I kind of don't mind that the stripe on the wing ends, but it should have ended purposely with some kind of tapering effect, not just cut off at the joint. That looks sloppy and unfinished.

I can wait to pick up 3 of these guys when I see em on the spot !!! Some poor kid is gonna hate me

Maybe i will get a Generations version, TF United version and e-hobby clear version....

Ya know...I'm kind of tired of that (the excuse Hasbro would give, not you presenting it). The argument that a bit more paint on these figures is too much for the cost is really kind of losing merit with me.

Can't wait for the first sightings of this guy, then I will know I will have mine soon!!!

He's mine, as is the inevitable repaint (be it Hasbro or TakaraTomy). Now all I need is that Cyclonus repaint with Rodimus.

Just picked that up yesterday. All ready had Universe Cyclonus and I have his lavender "Armada" started. Also since my Classics Rodimus is wearing the FP Rodimus Prime armor it's nice to have Hotrod to wield the FP target master.

Oh, I also used the lavender Cyclonus' Target Master for Generations Blurr. 1 or 2 pieces of electrical tape on the guns handle it fits perfect ion Blurr's hand.

Are you thinking they will do a repaint in a lighter color fr the sweeps?

Mine arrived today. He is a knock out, drop dead gorgeous toy. His tech specs strength rating surprised me: His strength level rating is 10!

Not necessarily for the Sweeps, but more for a "cartoon-accurate" Scourge as an exclusive. Wish that, I wish them good luck, we all know how Cyclonus turned out

I'll probably just get one of these.

I have 3 of the titanium Scourges, and I really like them for my sweeps.

This guy will be my Scourge.

Buying 4 of hasbro and 1 United which will be my TRUE Scourge!

BBTS has only 456 individual Scourges left for pre-order. I guess they'll have to do for my Sweeps army. ):

Him and Wreck-Gar are the figures of choice for me out of the entire line.

As for the lack of paint apps on Hasbros' part (for which they really do need a swift kick in the ass over) i'm sure reprolabels may solve that problem for us, unfortunately.

I'll just buy one Scourge though and use all my G1's for the sweeps. Do a real Generations display.

If everyone is upset about the lack of paint apps with Hasbro's version, like Jazz and now Scourge, wait and see what United version has to offer, i know theres a price difference, but if you want more, better, detail paint apps, United would be the way to go.
