I have seen a couple of pictures in the gallery and some other website galleries of some plastic stand that are used to help pose various transformers. Where can I buy them? are they any reputable company that sells these?

They're reasonably priced. I'll have to get me some.

Has anyone tried these by any chance? There seems to be several types available.

You can forget the Action Bases, those have been made specially for Gundam kits and are useless for Transformers.
However I've seen the Mechanical Chain base used very often with Transformers and have to say it seems to work perfectly with them, at least scout and Deluxe size.

The Mechanical Chain bases don't hold them in the air. I think Lousy Autobot Lover wants stands to make them 'fly'. That's what I'd like as well!

What's wrong with the Action Bases? Are they useless for TFs because of the claw? Perhaps that can be modified.

What about the Humanoid Support Type?

My Warbot Defender came with a claw that resembles the one on the action bases. Would this work?

It does, that's what it's for.

Yea if you want a flying stands the Action base will work, if you adapt the claws it comes with to the figures you want to use it for.

I reckon some inventiveness with twisty ties will do the trick!

Any thoughts on the Humanoid Type stands?

Nope, haven't got one of those.
However I did hear that the clear stands Marvel Legends used to come with worked brilliantly with TFs.
