Reveal the Shield Wreck Gar alternate head reveal

After much waiting and speculation, much more is revealed than just the shield. This time we get a look at a possible new head sculpt for RTS Wreck Gar revealed via his instructions. This makes a third possible head after Wreck Gar and Ehobby exclusive Scrap heap. If you were on the fence on buying the Ehobby Autobot 3-pack because of the price or just didn't like Scrap heaps' face plate, then it might pay off to wait and see if Hasbro does indeed make this new junkion.

RTS Wreck Gar alternate head revealed!

Well we all know Hasbro has two new passions, these are giving repaints new heads and revealing these new heads in the original toy's instructions. Ever since Reveal the Shield Wreck-Gar was revealed people have been desperate to know who he'll be redecorated into and what the new head would look like, and thanks to seibertron.com member LOST Cybertronian we now know what the new head looks like.
And no it's not the e-Hobby Scrapheap head, nor is it Arcee, but instead it's another generic Junkion Warrior.

This makes three different Junkions released at roughly the same time, which is more than in almost 25 years since their first appearance in Transformers the Movie! This year really is the year of the Junkions!

Thanks for sharing!
Man this is pretty awesome, now I have the urge to get myself the e-hobby Scrapheap, just to have a group of Junkions.
Strange I was sure there was a e-Hobby exclusive Junkion repaint of a G1 toy, but I couldn't find it during my research.

There is:
Detritus, a repaint of G1 Hound. He's evidently an 'evil' soldier of fortune Junkion.

Yes that's the one, so I'm not crazy!

Going through the list of Junkions from TFTM, I think he looks most like Junkyard.
Keep in mind that name comes only from The Complete Ark, so it's possible that it could be him, yet named something completely different. Or it could be a completely different character. Who knows?

Looks pretty cool. I do wish it was the eHobby head, but oh well. If the colors aren't vaguely Junkion-ish then I'll probably pass.

It's definitely Junkyard, without a doubt. He and Scrapheap were the only non-Wreck-Gar Junkions to be given both full Robot and Vehicle Mode character art models (the rest just received Robot Mode models only).
It's only natural that these two would be the ones to get this special treatment.

I was thinking this the other day, why don't they give the U-Hound mold an airing and give us RTS-Detritus, that is money I'd drop.
Liking this one tho' and kind of glad I was wrong about Arcee. that said, there are a few of these "not" versions now, how many have actually come to pass?

Weird Al is included because not only did he make the song "Dare to be stupid" for the movie, he voiced Animated Wreck-Gar. But you already knew that

By that logic, Eric Idle should be included as well.

i don't know. If you compare Al to Eric, Al definitely is more like a Junkion...he speaks in weird languages and everything...

Not to mention Eric disliked his Wreck-Gar role and refuses to watch the G1 movie.

Can you confirm this? This sounds like another "Leonard Nimoy voiced the last lines of Unicron" myth.

Awesome, that's pretty much exactly the head I was hoping for. I was a bit disappointed when I saw Takara's Scrap Heap head, but this has made me happy once more.

Actually, Eric Idle was just plain too busy with other projects, most notably the stage play
Spamalot

Here:
"Transformers: The Movie
was a fabulous gig where they flew me on the Concorde to New York for a day's tape recording, and then flew me back. It was horrible whilst I was in there recording, because I didn't understand a word of what was going on. Lines like "Itchging ugh-gah bluhblah..." And they'd say, "No, no, the emphasis is on ITCH-ging." I'd be like, "What the hell are they talking about?" [Laughs] I've never seen the movie. I make a practice of not watching myself, because I know I'd be disappointed."JelZe GoldRabbit wrote:Actually, Eric Idle was just plain too busy with other projects, most notably the stage play Spamalot
That's nothing to do with this. I'm talking about G1 Wreck-Gar, not Animated Wreck-Gar.
