A member of the spawn boards picked this up in Houston Texas. Is it a Transformer or did some jackass just return a Blackout with a different toy in the box?

It looks like someone took a picture with Cybertron Jetfire in Blackout's box. Nothing more, nothing less.

Why? I dont get it!!! This is stooooopid! Why would anyone repackage Jetfire as Blackout? I dont understand

It's a Jetfire without wings, no less. SOme days I just don't get people.

Its called being sooooo nerdy and desperate in needing a toy that you would actually stoop so low as to take one of your old TF's and put it back in the Blackout box and return it to get your money back.

You get a new toy, get rid of a toy you didn't want anymore and the people at Target/Walmart/TRU either don't notice or don't care and put it back on the shelf for sale.

Then comes the person who thinks they are getting some rare variant and buys it. I have to assume thats WHY they bought it, cause if you didnt even take the time to look on the back of the box to see what the real Blackout actually looks like...well...I dont wanna offend anyone.

Well its just sad when someone does this.

I mean not only did he replace the figure, but he did it with a broken one which is totally useless. How do the guys at Target not notice he looks nothing like the back of the box.

Man, sucks to be the guy that re-bought that. I gotta give the guy credit for pulling off sometihng like that, but IMO i'd actually perfer Cybertron Jetfire than blackout.

Jetfire actually looks like a pretty cool fig (when complete).

I like the Jetfire design but I dont like the colours which is why I have Sky Shadow.

Im sorry but why wasnt this spotted when it was returned? Its amazing.

Because people at whatever store this was were to busy to notice they most likly just looked at the box and saw it was from there store and put it in the return pile

It is most probably one of those things that you find in a cheap toy store, I saw a mini-con in Ironhide's box a year ago!

I think this thing happens alot actually. I've got to admit that when i brought Armada Scavenger, i was so disappointed with it that i took it back...but kept the cool mini-con.
Thats not so bad is it? I feel dirty!

Anyway yeah, A broken Cybertron Jetfire in Blackouts box...shameful but well done to who ever pulled it off.

The stupidity of shop workers can be really amazing. How the hell could you not notice a green plane being put in a box for a blue helicopter? I mean, really?

Shame it's bust. Cybertron Jetfire is a brilliant figure. Shame he's so keen to knock the other Jetfires off of the shelf with his wings.

from the looks of it it looks like jetfire is broken and some jackass decided to keep blackout and return a broken jetfire.hey wal-mart takes back playstation 2 boxes with bricks in it.

Does the person have a receipt that says, "Bogus Blackout", or something to that effect?
