Is there an easy way to remove the blue pegs from a power-core combiner scout figure? i was wondering because i bought a new torso for bombshock and just want to use the original torso as a regular scout without the annoying all spark blue bits.

In short?

No.

You need to be good with a soldering iron in order to remove the pins holding those down.

crud and i was hoping i could somehow just knock them out. I guess there is always trying to saw them off then sanding the remaining feet pieces into usable heel spurs...or I could try some styrene and turn the hand pegs into some sort of under slung hand cannon then painting them and see how that looks.

I was thinking about painting them black, but I'm not sure about what kind of paint to use.

I don't have the one you're talking about but with something like Inferno you can remove the bits by taking him apart with a screwdriver I think.

I just cut the ports off the Double Clutch's elbows and cleaned up the remains. I left the foot ports on for balance.
