I've been considering this for months. How tall is he? He seems like a tall Scout. Any pics of him with some Diaclones or Scout cars?
I'd consider 2 of these to repaint one as Streetstar/wise.

here's some closer shots for examination (pardon the fuzzies)... they have limited articulation, but if you were to give them a nice paint job, from a couple feet viewing distance, they'd make great stand-in faux-bots...

I've been thinking of getting Kabaya Mags for some time now. Is he as good as Prowl?

updated this set to show ultra magnus comparisons.. they seem to be getting more complex with their molds; more parts that actually transform than being just parts-formers...

What's the name of that bigger Mags the Kabaya one is being compared to in your photo? Is he relatively affordable?

It's titanium Ultra Magnus. A completed listings search on ebay shows he goes for $50 and up for both MISB and loose. The key to ebay is patience to get good deals.

That's if you pay for the outragous buy it now prices. If you bid on an auction you can get one for a lot less. A completed listing search shows a few MISB as well as loose ones selling for $50 at auction.

I picked up the Kabaya Magnus, Skyfire and Prowl yesterday. Put Magnus together first, and was thoroughly impressed. Skyfire came second, and he's nice, but more of a parts-former than Magnus is. haven't done Prowl yet.
