When I followed the original link on Google Images, it brought me HERE.

Is it DOTM Soundwave? Or a 3rd Party Custom? Or is the image itself a fake?

Are you talking about the WFC Soundwave listed at on the page?

Other than that it is just some tshirts and Soundwave reissue I noticed.

Please do refrain from directly linking to images next time, as some sites are protected from it, like TFU.info. Hotlinking, as it's called, is basically bandwidth theft.

I think it's a custom, based on the picture having watermarks and crediting a screen name. Unless that's you hosting it, which seems strange to do if you're trying to identify it. I assume the e-mail in the corner doesn't belong to you, so why not e-mail the person?

That's pretty cool looking, but it's definitely a custom. It looks a little too detailed/realistic to be official, and the feet seem to be a Lego Bionicle piece:

Darn, you can see the LEGO parts on there. Its pretty darn cool though.

Nice custom. And it even looks transformable. Seeing this pic got me curious about Soundwave's alt mode in DOTM. I wonder if it's gonna be earth mode or Cybertronian?

Apart from the head it doesn't have the movie aesthetic. Had I not seen DM's post I would have said it was using thigh parts from an Energon combiner.

It's custom for sure. The feet have Bionicle parts. It's really good though. Congrats to the maker.

It looks like a good Soundwave for DOTM but it's obviously custom.

That looks like a 3rd party fake to me. If that was the dotm soundwave i'm sold on this one. I like the details but no tapedeck.

I'm hoping that movie Soundwave will be in Earth mode.

I remember back when that was made... the customizer in question used to (or could still be, ain't heard of him in a while) a member of these boards. He's also a fantastic artist who did some pretty impressive artwork of movie-style redesigns of several characters.
