Sigh… I preordered United Wave 2 and it appears that it has yet to ship. No response yet to the inquiry I sent Tuesday; perhaps this is why. (Though from what I've read recently, experience with their customer service seems…mixed.)

Anyone in a similar situation?

Yeah, my pre-order for the Shadow Scyther is still not shipped yet

That's so weird because I have had nothing but good service from them. My United Jazz and Tracks left them on Saturday and I should have them by this saturday. Sucks to hear that your items haven't shipped yet. Especially the Shadow Scyther. Hell, my one buddy got his from them a looong time ago.

Well my latest orders from them was fast and problem free (bought a FP G3 Trailer on sale / discount), I'm just stumped with the Shadow Scyther pre-order.
