$12.99 in the toy aisle of my local K-Mart.

The single carded, battle damaged Arcee, with the yellow sticker, was exclusive to Hong Kong, only, for a few months in early 2008. It's functionally the same as the Battle Damaged Arcee from the Sam's Club three pack.
The going rate is about $65. I snagged mine a year ago for $45.
It's pretty rare, but not as rare as Wonderfest. The black Arcee that PS linked isn't rare at all, people just like to say it is.

I want a Wonderfest Arcee, well my wife does and they are the bees knees for the Arcee collector. But my wife does not like ROTF version of the bikes...she likes he 2007 version still MIP.
