Hi Everyone,
Wondering how much a G1 Scorponok with only headmaster, head, and a few ramps goes for?

I've seen the complete ones go for 200+, but I don't have that kind of extra money to spend on it.

Thanks.

You mean to buy or sell?

To buy.

There's no real set price for buying a TF, it just depends on the demand at the time you want to buy. eBay can help you judge current demand.
I managed to build up my Scorponok over about 3 years, I probably ended up paying more for it than if I'd splurged on a complete one but for putting the work in to restoring it I value it so much more.

My goal is to slowly complete him, but in the meantime, I'm looking for something I can display. So I was just wondering what the body, headmaster, and a couple ramps would set me back nowadays.

Like I said, check eBay for current prices. You're unlikely to get cheaper from a dealer.

EBay isn't a bad place. People pay what they think it's worth to them and the fees to use such a known and used place are minimal. I saw one with head a d 2 ramps, along with several other G1s go for 80ish over the weekend. Yesterday was a great day to shop eBay during the super bowl because people were not watching the auctions.

haha. That's a good idea - I'll keep it in mind next year.
