For some of you who already got the Generation Kup, does your Kup's neck platform/panel have somewhere to keep steady or just stay there flopping? I am pretty annoyed by always have to push his head up from time to time because the platform doesn't stay. Looks like a peg there but it doesn't connect to anything. It's kind of hard to tell from Serbirtron's gallery also.

Mine clips up every so slightly. But the head is as loose as a Thai hooker.

i just acquired kup, myself, & had the same problem with the loose head... luckily, it was an easy fix... unscrew the head & you'll find that the back half of the head has the ball-joint socket, which has popped loose... re-pop the back-half onto the ball joint & reassemble...nice tight head

Really? My Kup's head is too tight. I was actually worried that the cy-gar head wouldn't fit.

yeah, out of the package, on his 1st transform, the head wobbled around like he had a case of cyber-parkinsons... rattled around & spun with any movement of the figure... i wasn't immediately sure what to do about it so i searched the forums to see if anyone else had this problem & found this thread... at 1st, when i opened the head, it wasn't even apparent that the balljoint wasn't snapped in... it wasn't until i test-fitted the joint & realized that it was nice & snug when popped in...

i have this same issue. Right now the head is currently i guess jammed in place on the joint but it definitely isnt connected...so screwdriver time for myself as well. I hate all these owner mods we have to do sometimes. I just got done filing the pegs on WFC Soundwave so the legs would plug into the roof in vehicle mode.

Since all of you have problems about the wobbling neck, mine isn't. It's not tight but okay so far. Still the problem is the neck platform that annoys me. As seen on the picture above, it is slightly crossed with the chest peg so the neck platform lays on top of it. But mine has a tiny gap in between. I've tried to insert a tiny tape in between and seems like that can fix the problem but very difficult due to the small and narrow chest space. Any suggestions for any other way? I try not to disassemble the whole chest but if there are no other options.............

mine's head platform doesn't click in well either, but its more tolerable than the head-wobble was... can't say i'm keen on opening up the chest either... the front fenders are spring-loaded & i'd dread those not going back together properly...

Last night while opening his head to tighten his neck, I got an idea and put another drop on the chest peg to increase the size. After it is fully dried, it does the trick! The neck platform now clicked and stayed over it! Very happy now.

It could be worn after several transformation but now at least his head doesn't have to look up to look straight.

Super glue. Since the head is off, it gave me a little bit more working space.

Mine seems ok. I transformed him without noticing any issue with the neck platform.

This is why I love this website. I haven't had Kup unpackaged for more than 5 minutes, cursed out Hasbro regarding their declining quality control, searched "Kup" in the Seibs Forums, read this thread, fixed the wobble, and am again in plastic-crack-bliss.

somehow, i don't think its even out of character for kup... he's an old grizzled veteran, you'd think he'd visited a couple back alleys on ports of call before

I got mine just a few hours ago, and I have no problems to report at all. I think Hasbro did a good job with this one.
