Excellent! I've been looking for a reason and opportunity to pick these little dinos up. Now that I have Primus to peg them into, I think they"d be some excellent guardians.

After the disappointment of finding out that the Generations Arcee we were supposed to get is probably just going to be a boring Transformers Prime figure that looks nothing like Arcee, I now find myself thinking that the Dinobots set that a few senior members of Seibertron have teased us about could well be these Minicon/Scouts and not the glorious sounding G1 reissue box set I had thought....If it's the case then I'm seriously disappointed.

I suppose the moral of the story is don't believe every rumour you hear, especially if it sounds too good to be true!
A G1 Arcee and a G1 Dinobots giftset? The more I think about it the more unlikely it sounds.
Oh well HasTak, would you at least be kind enough to give us a Galvatron Masterpiece?

Those two Mini-Con multi-packs sound great, and especially the Dinobots one. Although is it just me or does the price seem more than a little exorbitant for these sets: 20$ for the Dinobots and 15$ for the 3-pack? That's 5$ per Mini-Con! Seriously, I know hardcore Mini-Con fans will still purchase them, but come on!

Buy or not to buy... hmmm, Need to see robot modes before hand,Very disapointed in SIZE i would have been fine with delux dinobots, but minicon? there gonna have to look REALY good,and as for the rest i dont want them anyway.

And why is there a sabertooth tiger instead of Sludge???

Helicopter, Motorcycle, Fighter Jet? Preordered! But only because I'm expecting GoBots. If not, canceled.

The only thing missing from the Dinobot set is a Mastodon and you get the first Megazord.

And I only want the Rhinox so if he's crap, canceled.

I want the Dinobots, and that Backstop repaint is kinda cool too.

I have no interest in the scouts, and I'll wait to see pics of the mini-cons.

Preordered all of them, but these should probably show up at Family Dollar, Dollar General, Big Lots, etc.

The Dollar stores in my area sell those universe mini-cons for $5 each. I agree that it's a rediculous price for them but people will buy them.

Why throw a sabertooth in there? Bah, just leave it at the three that were actually dinosaurs. Good to see Hasbro finally thought of a (fairly obvious) way to name Slag as Slag though.

If you see a Wreckloose reissue, get him. He's a clever little figure, one of those golden nuggets of Cybertron era that slipped by a lot of people because he's a non-screen character.

I wonder if the sabertooth tiger ("It's Morphin' Time!") will be called Snarl?

Ah, too bad there's no elephant/mammoth minicon. Then you could make a Power Rangers minicons set.

These are... kinda useless to me, but hey. Kinda cool... maybe?

I would have to say no need to preorder these things. Most of this stuff will clutter the discount shelves on my local Wal-Mart. Then I will stock up on them, paint them into a color matched army and march them onto my shelves to collect dust.

The Dinobots will be mine! They'll make excellent companions to PCC Grimstone... once I get him.

That's what they meant by "Shard ed". I picked up the BBTS seacons and they rocked! The dinobots I would have to get, the rest I would pass on. But it seems like every line and Holiday gets some repackaged Backstops, so I figured Wal-Mart would get them.

We reported on February 9th, 2011 that site sponsor Big Bad Toy Store would be selling shared exclusive Minicon and Scout sets. See the original news post here. Unfortunately, today, they emailed customers who had preordered these figures letting them know that they have been cancelled by Hasbro.

Hi - Hasbro has just informed us that this item has been cancelled, and as a result they will not be able to fill our orders. We apologize for the inconvenience. We have cancelled all preorders and removed the item from our site.

I can live with this. The Dinobot mini-con figs were a total tease anyway. They deserve proper Classics toys and Commemorative Reissues (cost be damned!).

Deserve Generatations style packaging these molds do not, young Jedi.

I thought the figure choices were a little odd to be shared exclusives when BBTS first put them up. Are ALL the exclusives canceled or just the mini-cons?

My preorder for the Dinocons is still there. The Dino's are a 4 pack anyway. More than likely the motorcycle, jet, helicopter set was canceled or the scouts with the not-Rhinox.

It was the Minicon Three pack, not the scouts.
