Collider.com has posted images of Director Michael Bay and Rosie Huntington-Whiteley from their visit to the Hasbro Toy Fair Showroom. The duo even posed with the new Ultimate Optimus Prime from the upcoming Transformers Dark of the Moon toy line. These images give us a good sense of the size of the new figure. The images have been mirrored below.

It looks pretty big, but I don't have a Michael Bay or Rosie Huntington-Whiteley to compare it to. And what is the Hulk doing here?

A quick google search shows Bay at 6ft 1in if that helps. I have no idea why Hulk is here.

The trailer must have more Prime parts inside it to make it bigger. I wasnt expecting that. Not bad.

Unless its a perspective thing, because the alt mode cab looks way smaller than the Robot mode. THey are the same figure right?

Still not going to buy a DOTM Prime. But it's nice to see Bay and Rosie together at the toy fair.

man that combo mode is garbage. the alt mode awesome the prime alone awesome the combined mode crap, great job destroying a potentially great figure.

i still think that they should make Prime's head bigger. it looks so puny.

Wow. That figure is a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. Still reckon it looks like crap.

Im not quite sure those 2 toys are the same class. I think Rosie is holding a voyager and Michael looks to be holding a leader? Maybe the trailer can be pulled by a voyager but combines with a leader? The combined one actually looks quite good and is growing on me. Cant wait to see how it works in the movie! We need a Transformers 4!!! Things cant end yet!!!

WHAT BAY IS THINKING:

"Oh, optimus, yeah I remember him the uhhh flames dude..."




WHAT ROSIE IS THINKING:

"I feel really uncomfortable about this, it could hurt my image....:

"flame-tron!!!! yeah I know him!!!! God my face feels so puffy..."

Two minutes later, all the toys exploded.

Man, she looks like a life-sized Barbie-doll.
Bay looks older on these pictures...

... but I like his suit.

'Bout the toy: do these orange parts on the top become his battle-blades or are they just a way to use up all of the plastic of the trailer?

I swear those leg braces on optimus look like they could make a paraplegic walk again !!! Why couldnt the trailer just transform into a damn base ???

I love the truck n trailer mode, but if I pick it up, it may never come out of that mode.

I saw someone calling this figure "Fairy Wings Prime" on the reveal thread and I just wanted to point out that my wife and I have been calling this figure that ever since. I think it's a great name.

Now that you mention it, it does look like a crossover Prime from some pre-teen anime from japan.

Figure looks like a big Voyager or a small Leader class depends how you look at it. The one Rosie is holding looks more like a Voyager class so i'll go with that.

Rosie herself....i still think Megan Fox looks way better.

I want a big frickin Prime, and I guess this may have to satisfy that. I'll put him next to JetOptimus. Neither will go near my Buster Prime, just in case ugly is contagious.

And if these pictures are any indication of Rosie's personality in the movie, we. are. screwed. What a friggin blank looking slate. I was never on board the whole "hate Megan" train ride, but it looks like I'll be one of the first on the "Ugh Rosie" ride.


Edit - I wonder if you can fold all the trailer bits straight down to give Prime a metal cape of sorts...

Ultimate Prime looks much better with the wing things down. The alt mode looks like a voyager and the robot looks like a leader, so they may be different figures. Or like someone else mentioned, the trailer has extra prime parts to add. And Michael Bay is looking a bit old
