Not me, PCCs aren't my thing.

Still waiting for RTS Lugnut to go up though. :BANG_HEAD:

What I posted was a warning to collectors, not a complaint because I couldnt get a PCC set but if thats the way your mind works and you get off on posting comments like that, you have my sympathy.

What Counterpunch really means is that scalpers are a myth, like Ewoks and Dinosaurs. They're not real.

Wait, wait, wait. That's not true. Ewoks are real!

Actually, it's more accurate to call them something more of an "endangered species" only there's no actual list they can register on to provide them any protection. You can usually find a few each season out behind my local Wal-Mart store. That's where I've been dumping 'em after I'm done with them.

And yeah, Counterpunch was just having fun. I wouldn't take too much offense though or jump to any conclusions with him. He has powers and abilities far beyond those of us average Seibertronians. Mess with him at your own risk. 8)

Thank You for your concern but I'm not really worried about being insulted online because someone thinks its easier to take out theyre problems that way instead of dealing with them.

I got Stakeout with the Protectobots at Target last week for $10. These really need to drop to that price point, they are no where near the caliber of the other $20 figures...

Why? That's the weakest aspect of the PCC Dinobots. It's small, stocky, and only barely more articulated than Cybertron Backstop.

Good lord you are a touchy one. I didn't insult you. The others were right and subsequently have demonstrated that they added an appropriate amount of character points into the reading comprehension skill at character creation.

Scalpers aren't a real problem. They are a boogie man that people blame when they can't find product. There's no profit margin in getting PCC figures, paying shipping and handling, and then PayPal fees with the added hassle of having to ship the things somewhere else. Plus, it's Power Core Combiners and... no one cares about them.

Except me.

and Bob.

(and a few other people...but you all get my damn point)

Just ordered Undertow from HTS. Heavytread and Skyhammer arrived in POL at BBTS earlier today.

CP's right, scalpers are an urban legend.

There are no scalpers in this case.

I saw a Grimstone in package at Walmart in Laurel back in December or so, and waited to buy because I figured that meant they'd be at Target across the street soon after, but I haven't seen a single one since.

So I tried asking Entertainment Earth about it, since they're the only site Hasbro lists on Transformers.com as a dealer that actually had it listed on their own site. Here's what they said. Sounds to me like it could very well be hitting local stores soon and perhaps the one I saw at Walmart was just a fluke.

Thank you for your e-mail. As of the beginning of this week, the manufacturer Hasbro has officially moved our delivery ETA from February to March. Our website is live and all information posted comes straight from manufacturer product press releases. So anything that is in stock will show "In Stock." Any other listed status means that we are still waiting on the respective manufacturer to deliver the products to us. Sorry that we cannot offer something more concrete, however all manufacturers have the discretion to delay deliveries based on unforeseen issues and their own changing circumstances. So we are essentially waiting on their delivery whim.

The one you saw wasn't a fluke. Like all figures lately some show up plentiful in certain markets while others are left bare. I bought both my Dinobots and Constructicons at Wal-Mart back in December and have seen them periodically at various Wal-Marts since.

I got me an Undertow w/Waterlog--I love his combined mode sponge diver head sculpt!

I was interested in Skyhammer too but he sold out while in my cart

BBTS still has some pairs of Dinobots/Constructicons, if anyone's bummed still about missing them.
