Question about Clocker

I have Cybertron Clocker, and there is one major problem that really bothers me: In an otherwise awesome car mode, one set of exhaust pipes is totally parallel to the side of the car, but the other is practically touching the rear wheel. Do any other versions of this mold have this problem?

I had the Universe version for about two days and I don't remember that issue.

I've got the Swerve repaint. Don't have the problem but I can see how it's possible.

I've got every version of that mold except Cheetor and Tigatron from the Beast Wars Botcon set and I have no problems with the pipes. You probably got a bum figure.

Seeing that I have had Clocker ever since it came out back in 2006, I never had this problem.

Nope, just checked mine. But I've been on the short end of the stick before and now always look over the entire transformer before I buy it and compare it to others there if possible. Sorry that happened.
