Ebay seller kiditoys has posted an auction for what could be a DOTM repaint of 2007's Movie Landmine. This repaint features a deco that is very reminiscent to that of a lunar rover with it's gray body and tires with gold accents. The image from the auction has been mirrored below.

Could be cool, but to be honest I'm a little bored of this mold now. Unless it turns out to be DOTM Roller.

I like this mould landmine and armorhide are a favorite of mine but why do one so soon after armorhide,
The idea it's a space buggy looks likey from the colours but why do it , it's a new movie and we have'nt had a human space vehical figure from the last two films so why not just make a new mould for a new character name that has not been used before or been used for a scout

I'll get a couple of these.

I'm army building with them!

I'll take a gazillion repaints (and better yet remolds), like Storm Troopers.

They are my generic Autobot troops, and I have them displayed around Hound.

I like it. Since I'm not going to buy much from the DOTM line, I'll buy this. But I won't buy it now for what it is, and for what it will go for on ebay. Just 2 months until DOTM toy line is out. Hold onto your money people. You'll spend half of what you will spend on DOTM line for just one ebay figure.

Almost certainly a pass. I sold my original Landmine because I didn't care about the mold much, and if this is a straight repaint it gives me no reason to pick it up again.

That gun looks awesome, but other than that, I don't like this much. If Hasbro wanted to make a moon rover TF, they should've made a new mould (which could've been pretty cool). This was probably one of the better figures to use for it, but it's still not a believable moon rover. I was hoping we'd get this mould in green as Hound. Oh well, there still could be a chance, I suppose.

A bit armored for a real moon buggy...

The lunar rover theme is pretty snazzy, though it really aught to have a remolded astronaut helmet head to complete the look.
There should be LOADS of moon-landing/space-related TFs for this movie line, especially since there are plenty of interesting spaceships, landers, satellites, etc. to use. And Sky Lynx! With the space theme and the movie aesthetic Sky Lynx should fit wonderfully.

While this is one of my favorite molds from the movie lines in general, that we've seen it three times now is a fair bit of a turn-off.

Lunar rover...hmm....looks like a fit to me. I still only want the original though. Missed him in the first film and been kicking myself since. :(

Cause every moon rover has a grenade launcher installed on it?
Just in case right?

It could be that they were trying to do a homage to this Landmine:

If so, needs more red :D
