Picked up BOBB the other day ($30, Meijer clearance). His head is very difficult to turn, and only snaps to a point 45 degrees to either side. So I opened it up to correct this, and was shocked to learn that it isn't designed to be turned at all!

There is a large tooth on either side of the "neck", which fits into a keyway on the head sides. I'll try to get you a pic.

EDIT- there are apparently 2 leads for each eye LED, and a very thin, fragile-looking one for the battle mask switch. No wonder it was designed to stay in one position.

Are you going to cut those bits off so it can turn? I'd like to see a pic of this.

I was shocked to discover that X-over Hulk has a ball joint neck. They've put it in in such a way that the head can only turn.
