How often do you ship a Pile of Loot?

Twice now, I've shipped Piles of Loot when I feel I have a "sufficient" number of items in it - basically, I feel like I'm ready to ship. However, I know BBTS lets you hold a Pile for up to 180 days.
So do you folks more often ship to your satisfaction, so to speak, or do you just ship every 180 days? And if you do the former, how do you decide when to ship?

Hehe, well last year I actually held my POL from March 23 till November 16. I was just waiting for a bunch of japan stuff, Fans Project...pretty much a whole slew of goodies. IDK why I did what I did last year, but when I got that package, it felt better then Christmas.
This year I've already had two shipments and my third shipment will probably ship out once Warpath comes in. Not much stuff to wait on as last year. Now if BBTS had some Causality preorders, I'd wait for at least 2 figures before I ship.

im only on my 3rd pile right now and like the last 2 ill wait til all the figures i want are in before i ship which right now, means after PE's Reflector shows

As often as necessary... If I can wait, it sits. When something is too good to wait for, it ships. And I typically don't go more than 4 months or so, but that's only because I'm impatient.
