What character should the Generations line cover next?

I'm thinking it would be nice if they did Runabout and Runamuck, because their only current toys are the G1 ones, which, in my opinion, (G1 fans proceed with caution) suck.

They really need to be tackling G1 characters that people love, yet are either toyless or long-due an update. What comes to mind is -

- Devcon
- Orion Pax
- Arcee
- Roadbuster
- Nightbeat
- Fortress Maximus
- Trypticon
- Trailbreaker

You do realise that you're suggesting the original can be surpassed, right? ;)

Cuz' - he's so nice, I bought him twice. :D

Any of the Gen 1.5 Euro-exclusives. Love those guys.

Other than that, Headmasters and Targetmasters. Especially Snapdragon, Brainstorm, Chromedome and pointblank.

G1 Specific:
- Shockwave. It is only logical.
- One of the other Dinobots (Swoop or Slag).
- A smaller Powerglide would be nice.

Anyone I Want:
- Waspinator. The world needs more Waspinator.
- A re-do of Cheetor and Dinobot.
- Rhinox. With Chainguns of Doom.

Being a huge G1 fan I completely agree with you about this.
Their original toys were less than ass.
Having 2 new updated versions would be nice.

I still want to see

Springer (triple changer)
Arcee (g1 all the way)
Trailbreaker (deluxe)

It would be cool if they threw a headmaster in there somewhere too.

Universe 2.0 released a Galvatron, but it wasn't very durable.

Cybertron Defense Red Alert retooled with tracks instead of wheels. Something like that with a bit of articulation and boom. Surpassed.

And only two? Shame on you. I have no idea how many I have, generally when you pick up a lot of TF's off E-Bay Australia there's always one in it.

I'd love to see the citybots make a comeback and some good versions of the Beast Wars characters.

Yes to all of these, especially Devcon.

Yes please.

You guys are on a roll...

Oh yeah, Sky Lynx would much appreciate an update to the best G1 toy ever ;)

You know what else would be great? The Constructicons.

Would be great, but they already did the Energon versions in G1 colors as "classic/universe/something or other", so they might not do them again. But they should. From scratch, not redeco from another line.

Or at least some sort of combiner. Hell, I'd settle for Computron if it meant new molds for all 5 members, combinable, modern classics/universe/gen/rts styled.

I wanna see Hoist and Trailbreaker. Plus the Stunticons. Plus the Dinobots. Maybe even a Sky Lynx.....

Shockwave.
The remaining Dinobots. Slag, Sludge, and Snarl as Voyagers, and Swoop as a deluxe. Then give us a Voyager Grimlock (new mold).

Blitzwing, Shockwave, Stunticons, Gears, the Fallen, Sunstorm, at least 1 more Dinobot, Omega Supreme, a voyager Galvatron. Kup with a plow for Sentinel Prime.

Worthy choices; but I'd say Trailbreaker. He and his mold-mate Hoist stand out as the lone Autobot (non-minibot) figures from the original line-up that haven't received a Classics/Universe/Generations/RTS treatment. And (unlike several of the other suggestions I'm seeing here), he should work well in the Deluxe class target that Generations is confined to.

(And, yes, the G1 Runabout and Runamuck toys did suck. Perhaps the best that can be said for them is that they were not Throttlebots. But they were close.)

Runamuck and Runabout would be good repaints of Tracks and Wheeljack. With new Heads and weapons of course.

I'd like to see these aswell.
Hoist & Trailbreaker
Blitzwing
Gears
Huffer
Sandstorm
Impactor

At the risk of having people complain - for Impactor, I'd like to see....

Generations G2 Megatron w\Impactor remold.

We got G2 Prime, and it would be nice to have a Megatron to go with him.

What about RackNRuin?
