Oh man, I really cant wait for this one. He looks real nice but I wish his red on him was closer to the red on Optimus.

Well I might be alone on this one but what started out as great possibilities ended in disapointment. But I know what I like and I know what I don't like and I just don't like his face. Only now with these new pics am I able to see clearly now! Money saved for other TFs

The design -> Win!
The colours -> Disappointing!
Ill wait for the "premium" version, that likely will come.
I think the version thats on the packaging looks way better. The grey parts are silver/chrome on the pictures. So ill wait for that one.

Awesome figure ! Even the vehicle mode seems to be in a reasonable scale with ROTF Leader OP ...
I give a 10 to the vehicle mode, a 10 to the robot mode front-view, and a 7 to the robot-mode back-view:
It would be nice if the top of the fire-truck could folded once at least.
The paint job could be better as well, but that's probably reserved for the Movie Masterpiece version.

Interesting. Hope TT does more with the color than Hasbro's doing. Looks a little bland.

I think the colours have to be seen in person really (I've found that they seem to be better in person).
Another note; the box points out that he speaks! Somebody please post a little video with the voice playing so we can have fun in speculating who is going to voice him in the film!

(Hopefully it won't be completely misleading like Leader Jetfire! Haha

Eh....looks ok, dont care for the face on this guy and the colors are weak as well. And what kind of Fire truck is that? looks like something you would see at the airport for emergency landings or something.

really liking this toy... the shield kinda bugs me, especially it's lame integration with the alt mode, but the overall design is great... very simple, not a lot of gears or smaller parts exposed like movie one and most movie two characters... I'd dare say he'd make a fine Classics Sentinel Prime as well.

Should have been Alpha Trion or even Ultra Magnus. (with a little more blue) Michael Bay made a crappy choice for a high ranking autobot. Is it too late for him to change the name and do a few voice-overs ???
As far as the figure, I will buy.

Not a fave of mine. I think he looks fine in the CGI shots but the toy looks a bit bland. Maybe it's just the paintwork or lack of it or that it just looks too 'clean' and as detailed and intricate as many movie figures (the details are part of the reason they appeal to me so much and other TF toylines just don't). I'd like to see professional repainters take a shot at it though.

Love it!!! Give it time people. Reds don't always show up nice in picutes. Look at sooo many ROTF leader Prime youtube videos, he looks almost pink in them! I bet in person Sentinel Prime will be a very nice red.
I hope he has a great voice like maybe Leonard Nimoy.

It is a fire truck you see at airports.

I want to see what Takara does for the paint apps before I decide against this guy completely. He looks pretty flat in those pics.

Looking pretty sweet, I always love the Leader toys, with their size and detail. The back kibble is a little off-putting, but I love that the sword and shield actually fit into his vehicle mode! His mouth seems to have a hinge too, a bit like Leader Starscream.

The "Premium" figures havn't been seen in a couple of years now I think, so I doubt their's gonna be more, not to mention the people who bought the originals felt conned when the Premiums were released, though I guess the Masterpiece edition Sentinel Prime is basically the same concept. =L

He looks related to Optimus. I guess from being a Prime. But dude, he looks amazing. He and Ironhide are the only DoTM toys that seem to have the quality and screen accuracy of the RoTF line.

I'm really liking Sentinel Prime, even though they held off on the paint. I'll be getting one of these, but probably not the MPM version though, unless he turns out to be really awesome in the movie. I'm really surprised how big the leaders are; I thought they would be smaller than the leaders from the first movie. It kind of makes me wish my Leader Megatron was a little taller now...

I'm really liking this mold. It looks like a solid figure in both modes and I like the top of his firetruck becoming the back of the figure. Nice straight lines, almost like a cape even.
But, the comparison picture with Prime makes me fear that Ironhide will be way too big.

He looks pretty good to me. I can't not have him. Maybe one of the best movie leaders so far.

I love how Sentinel Prime looks. He is by far the best of the core movieverse figures in this line. Also, he looks bravesy.

Hmm. I have mixed feelings. The first time I saw preview pics of him, I thought he looked great. The more of him I have seen, the more I kind of find fault with him. Not enough paint apps and that huge chunk of gray plastic hanging off his back. The mold still looks great though, and I was really really hoping he'd look at home next to my Buster Prime. Sadly though, he looks like hell next to the pic of this Buster. That red is simply awful. But the actual toy looks heroic and menacing. Damn the lame choice of colors.
