I like the scale here. Having Sentinel dwarf everyone works. Hope Ultimate Prime is ultra (cab) to give him a nice 'interim' look.

And SS looks good, MechTech gun aside, since it's more of a generic gun.

Love Sentinel Prime and Topspin! Not so much Optimus and Sideswipe. My problem with Sideswipe is the color, or lack there of. I skipped almost all of the ROTF line, I think the same is going to happen with DOTM.

That concept 'vette really didn't need a friggin spoiler....

Agreed. It doesn't need to be a convertible either...

Though, this set of photos and sealed the deal for me with Sentinel. Can't wait to pick him up!

The new Sideswipe mold is pretty awesome. It's much more sleek and and cool than the last one, especially the blades on his arms. If this one gets a red repaint like the last one did, it might actually be worthwhile. You might need to chop the spoiler off the back though.

Topspin looks really badass with all the guns and spoiler in alt mode, and the guns definitely add something in bot mode too. I was trying to tell myself I don't need the Wreckers, but I think I do.

Sentinel Prime again has a weird head but cool everything else.

Sideswipe is unfortunate.

I still think Sentinel Prime's alt-mode is the most boring alt-mode since ..... well, ever! And his colours are Bland. Robot mode looks great though. Very faithful looking recreation. I get the impression that the newbies are getting the bulk of the designers attention, while the returning characters are getting naff figures just for the sake of things.

Sideswipe looks a lot better in these images than some of the previous ones we saw. Poseablity looks nice in this set.

The grey plastic still looks so dull though! Some silver metallic paint would really be an improvement!

That Sideswipe stinks worse than feet wrapped in leathery, burnt bacon. It's awful!

Sentinel Prime and Topspin are looking awesome as usual, loving the detail on both. These pictures make Sideswipe's colours look a little better, although I'm really bummed that, not only did he not get any silver paint, he barely got any paint at all.

does topspin have a freaking mullet?!!? If so that so perfect cuz hes a NASCAR!

ow i never noticed the solar panels on any pics before.(on prime)
maybe thats the "threat to both humans and robots" mentioned in the book description? Climate change?

Wow, Sideswipe looks surpisingly good in some of those shots. Oh, for a nice silver paintjob.

I'm getting nervous that we haven't seen good shots of Leadfoot, the #42 car. Topspin looks great here, tho.

Great photos! Shame the deluxe toys are going to be so much smaller than we're used to...

How much more repeat of the same figures will we get for the movie-verse line. I swear I'm tired of Bumblebee, Sideswipe, Barricade, Ironhide, Optimus, Starscream, Jolt, Mudflap, Skids, and any other repeated crap. This is getting like Star Wars.

Now...Sentinel and Topspin are pure win, Sentinel needs a classics makeover and I would be in heaven, but this one will do nicely.

Optimus Prime looks like a deluxe class in robot mode. I'm also annoyed how I can't just call him "Prime" anymore since Sentinel got in the mix.

Sentinel looks great. Sideswipe looks like they forgot to paint him. Looks like a nicer figure, but lamer paint job.

Topspin looks really good without the giant gun of doom on his vehicle mode. Minus the lackluster paint, Sideswipe doesn't look to bad either.

They all look good, but Sideswipe could use some silver paint.

Actually, I think Sideswipe, Topspin and that other NASCAR bot are closer to the "regular" deluxe sizes, due to the fact that their mechtech gimmicks are smaller than that of others like Bumblebee, Barricade and the twins. Less plastic used for the guns means more plastic for the fig itself.

Anyways, Sentinel is all kinds of awesome. Definite buy.

Topspin and Sideswipe are also on my to-buy list--I'll have to get a can of silver Krylon and give him a decent coat of paint.

Sideswipe looks even more dull in these pictures, yet the design itself stands out even more to me. I could easily have my dad give him a professional automotive paint job.
Topspin...I hate the car he's painted as, but I can't helpbut love him more than any other deluxe I've seen. He just looks badass with all those weapons. He looks extremely detailed too.
Sentinel Prime...'nuff said.
Optimus Prime. I'm going to be a crazy rebel again. I really like him. Even though he's far from movie-accurate, I love his unique design. He's the first figure I'm buying.

That sideswipe is awesome! Didn't know that he has swords and a gun.

this is off topic, (and in a dead topic) but where can you buy the clear stands you used to prop topspin up? i have been searching for quite a while. if somebody happens to know, it would be much appreciated.

ctually, I'v been thinking the same thing.
The only time i've come acrosss them is a couple of anime figures like gundam or whatever com with them, but i dont want to be a spontaneous gundam just for the stand...
