They were 'surprisingly' back in stock they day after the free shipping sale ended...as was Grapple, who's once again sold out.

Recently gotten back into TF, so pardon a dumb question. Is the Hasbro toy shop a step before them showing up in stores? The shelves at all the major retail stores around me are completely bare and I havent seen any of these figures.

Trying to figure out the time line between when a figure is new, available on preorder, available for purchase online/at a store and finally gone forever.

I don't think there really is a preset time for releases and such, not one that I know of anyways.

These figures have typically reached "retail" by the time they are listed on HTS, but when the stores near you actually get them, if they get them at all, is a whole nother story. If it's a well stocked line and you have quality stores in your area, you'll typically hear of a good handful of retail sightings a couple weeks before HTS would get them to you. But this line, a line that's winding down in preparation for a likely popular movie line...you might not see them at retail in decent quantities at all. Hard to say... You can order them now and use the discount code HTS10 for 10% off your order, though.
