So i was wondering how if you all know any places 0nline that do custom boxes or cards for custom transformers that you might have created.

also does anyone know what paint i can use, i am looking for a glittery color such as ones typically used on low rider cars.

The only one I know of that did custom boxes was Mirage's, but he quit making them.

Sounds like you want a metal flake or "candy" paint. Check out your local hobby shops, most manufactures have what you're looking for (I recommend Testors, but YMMV), and a good store should have guides on how to apply it right, if you need them.

Your best shot with boxes may be photoshop!

One place you could look is Etsy.com. My girlfriend is a chemistry professor, and she found a knitter on Etsy who she commissioned to knit a bunch of molecular models for her. There may be other crafters on Etsy who might be willing to do a special project like this for an agreed-upon price.
