Short answer: Yes
If you are a huge fan of G1, then they're all essential except for rts G2 Prime. They are all great figures, but I passed on Thunderwing due to size, and a lack of a knee/thigh swivel, plus I'm not a huge fan of the colour scheme, but hey If you like Jet TFs and a supposedly mighty powerful Decepticon, why not.
Blurr is alright in regards to engineering (cool holsters for pistols), and the aesthetics are nice in both modes, but a lil more cruddy in vehicle mode due to a lil rough paint and a few seams not lining up perfect. Guns, and poseability make up for it as they're enough to make him look sweet in some poses (got him to do a running pose too)
Perceptor is also really sweet, but there are a few smaller drawbacks like poseability. His head doesn't swivel around any more than a classics Seeker jet mold, and the back is a lil annoying as it comes out of 'lock' when moving his arms around too much. But he looks awesome, and the poses you can put him in easily make up for it. The vehicle mode looks good, but doesn't offer too much excitement on the shelf (beware low clearance underneath vehicle mode).
Wreck-Gar is a must, he's unique in almost every way, but be warned, the paint on the face of mine isn't the BEST, but paseable. He looks great, with great poseability like most new RTS and GEN molds, and suffers less drawbacks as the others mentioned.
I don't own G2 rts prime, but if you need another optimus in your collection at a deluxe size, go for it, looks like a fun transformtion and variety of poseability.
