TFW2005 member Masabon has posted the Transformer relevant scans for the latest issue of Figure King magazine. Naturally the main focus is on the upcoming Transformers DOTM figures, but we also see Million Publishing's exclusive Stepper repaint of RtS Special Ops Jazz. His scans are mirrored below. So TakaraTomy's going to try to milk a few more bucks out of the loser ROTF Breakaway and Chromia molds. Good luck with that.

I really like a lot of these figures, but a little silver paint would do a lot of good.

I would absolutely buy the original Breakaway mold, I missed him the first time - and I do like these colors better than the brown; unfortunately, this one has the same head all the repaints have had, so it's a maybe.

BBB looks cool, 'I want it'-cool. Sentinel Prime is a bit of a must... Yep, leave it to Takara to make these toys look good.

Those pictures of Voyager Optimus REALLY make me have second thoughts. I don't know whether to get a trailer that combines, or a trailer that carries stuff. I guess I'll just have to watch the film beforehand, and see which is more prominent.

Chromia is UGH, Air Raid is cool, but he probably isn't in the movie, so...

To each his own.

You can still find Breakaway on eBay for a reasonable price; even the (much preferable, IMO) darker variant.

I have both for sale on eBay right now, $7 a piece.

Remember, they'll be in US packaging if I'm not mistaking. Hasbro's the real culprit here as all TakaraTomy does for their main movie lines is import.

Will they? The text by both of these figures says "TakaraTomy Original".

I'll grant that may not actually be meaningful; but I was taking it at face value.

Yay. Prime's trailer isn't just a useless plastic wall after all.

So that could be Air Raid in the new game versus Breakaway, who I think died in one of the comics now (Nefarious)? Alongside Aerialbot, who might be renamed, and then one more jetformer remains anon. *shrug* I don't think I really like that repaint with the stark red. It's a bit too contrasting for me, and one Breakaway mold is enough. :)

That image of Megatron with the text "Thay shall return" next to him is really cool looking. A shadowy character, concealing half of his unknown face and his rugged battle wounds due to much experience under a torn and aged cloke, with one red eye shining down on you. TOTAL BADASS.

That image really works for Megatron's character. If they completely re-create him, I would want him to be a rouge 'con, fighting on his own now that Shockwave is in charge, and a mysterious- yet very dangerous foe for the Autobots to fight against.
