So I got my order from Big Bad today with ThunderCracker, Kup, Scourge, and Wheeljack. Started taking pictures and was about to transformer Wheeljack and realized he has no head!! wtf

Has anyone else had this problem?

Bad joking aside, that's kinda crummy man. Hit up BBTS and i'm sure they can work out a replacement for ya.

take a pic. Send it via email and pray they have a replacement unit.

Oy ! Generations WJ is sealed in vehicle mode. The head only becomes apparent once transformed. Same thing happened to me with my United Wheeljack. Hence sometimes, with the exception of Encore, I wish that TFs are packed in robot mode.

yeah I emailed bigbad but it was past there business hours, so i have to wait until monday to get a reply ,

I'll just buy one of those headrobots for him if all else fails lol

that is such a bust. just email bbts and hope they can give you a replacement.

Mine had a head, but he also had two right thighs. Or two left thighs. Not really sure which one is correct... In any event, one of his thighs is backwards.

BBTS will replace your stuff. Send a pic. Probably the best. When I got my Henkei SoC set, Rodimus had came with chipped paint on the headlights. In fact the slightest touch and it got worse. They sent out a replacement ASAP. I had two SoC Henkei Rodimus, and even the second one had the same issue, just not as bad. The e-hobby version has much better paint.

Hmm. is that the wave 4 case of 4? The web still lists it as "preorder". Really want to get one. but im not sure now after knowing that there are some headlesszombiewheeljacks out there. After all, i live in asia and it would be hard gettin a replacement if mine's defective...

That's really brutal. Sorry to hear that. BBTS should be able to take care of that and good luck.

I haven't opened my Warpath yet..............

Been talking to the good people at BBTS, they are sending me a replacement figure for him. They were very quick about helping me out, excellent service! Just hope they check if this one has a head.
