I know with the Generations/RTS/United lines only just finishing and DOTM toys about to hit the shelves that this isn't a good time to bring this up but is anyone concerned that the only G1 reissue that we've had in the last 12 months is 2010 Predaking?

There's been no sign of the reissue Sixshot we were supposed to be getting (the only one on that leaked list that didn't get released if I'm correct), the Dinobot giftset seems to just have been a (cruel for some, hilarious for others joke) and the rumoured G1 Ultra Magnus release hasn't happened either - surely in the 2010 line would have been the time.

What do you think? Will we get another entire line of G1 (or G2/BW) reissues like Encore or will reissues maybe move down the pecking order of releases and be only once or twice a year in the future?

I think Takara has had their plate full this year with introducing Animated, the Rodimus MP, the new movie merchandise, United stuff to repaint, etc... They probably just haven't found the time to actually release anything G1. I'm sure when August roles around we'll get wind of new G1 releases. They always seem to be in the fall.

TT are reissuing G1 Prime and Megatron in the same package with Voyager DOTM Optimus Prime and Megatron. If there are any reissues coming this year from Hasbro, we'll find out at Botcon next month.

But don't start the mods off again, they'll get us all wound up into a G1 induced frenzy!!

BBTS Seacons are still around in good number, but that was released in 2010

Oops you're right, the Seacons were also reissued. I bought them but they're in a box stored away so I forgot.

That DOTM set with G1 Prime & Megatron would be a must buy if I didn't have the Encore versions already, great idea to mix G1 with the movie verse figures. I suppose Botcon should shed some light on things in terms of Hasbro's plans.

I really wanted to get my hands on Sixshot (I suppose the fact that he was reissued 10 years ago like Predaking means that there is still a good chance). Still kicking myself for allowing my hopes to be raised for the Dinobots.

Really hope we get a new line like Encore 2 or something next year from TT.

This year is the 25th anniversary of TF:TM. Hopefully they'll reissue some of the characters from the movie to commemorate it.

I'm not expecting much from Hasbro, as there last re-issue was indeed Piranacon, and it was an online Exclusive. They also did not re-issue Omega Supreme, or Metroplex, or many of the Encore things Takara has released.

I'm still hoping Takara gets around to Encoring Blitzwing.

I was lucky to get most of the reissues in the last few years like Sixshot and the Autobot cars. My wishlist would include:

Me too! A Stunticon giftpack would be superb and would tie in very nicely with the Botcon set this year.

"Sigh" In hindsight neither can I. The mods here sold it well and myself and a few other gullible, huge Diinobot fans bought it.

I just hope we get a MP Rodimus US exclusive. I'd love to get him at SDCC. Sixshot would be pretty cool, but don't know the likelihood. What I really want is...........me!!!!! Alpha Trion w/weirdwolf '07 Botcon excl. I'll hunt for him next month i guess. Top want besides MP RP

From that list I've actually got all of them except for the different versions of Prime/Convoy, Megatron and the Micromasters none of which I'd get if they reissued them anyway.

The only ones that they can definitely reissue that I'd want would be Sixshot, Thrust, Ramjet, the rest of the cassettes and Blurr (if the rumour was true)

Me too, I'd like to see an anime colours Hot Rod. I'm really hoping the US Masterpiece version is in these colours and likewise whenever they get round to a Galvatron Masterpiece that he is also in his anime colours.

A Set of mini bots from takara or hasbro would be good. I also want a reissue of snapdragon,apeface, and the headmaster chromedome.
