Pics of Dark Of The Moon Arcee and Air Raid

Dark Of The Moon is getting some ROTF repaint love. Seibertron member Sentinel Prime has led us to a couple of ebay auctions featuring Dark Of The Moon
Arcee and
Air Raid. These were first seen in
Figure King 159 and listed as TakaraTomy Originals. As you can see, Arcee is a blue and silver repaint of the deluxe ROTF Chromia. Air Raid is a repaint of ROTF Deluxe Thrust. This release does include MechTech weapons for both figures. You can click on the images to see the auctions.

Looks like they're going for a TF Prime look with the blades and the white (Or is that pink?) on her forehead, nonetheless, it doesn't really warrant a purchase since it's barely a redeco and it's a mold a lot of people aren't very fond of.

hell no. i have the first version of the toy and this and the first one from ROTF are the same thing minus the mech tech weapon. PASS

thats what i call pure laziness, re release a figure and call it something else. they cant go as far to repaint it. then to make it even better they will flood all the stores with this toy that very few will want
so they warm the shelves and prevent other better figures to be ordered and stocked

Weren't those two advertised as "Takara originals" in a magazine a week back? This may mean Hasbro will not release them domestically.
With that said, Air Raid is the only one I want. Arcee looks too similar to Chromia.

I agree what the hell!!! a new character a new mould, i dont mind it i bought the firt 2 but i dont want to buy it again !!
Air raid is supposed to be in the film isnt he? unless he looks just like that im not gonna touch him with yours.
Arcee??? BLUE??? is that not Chromia, Any sisters this time round are a no go area as i have the ROTF/HFTD and its not because i dont like them i actually think there alright just a bit big.
But this Chromia is **** looks very basic on paint and plastic.

She isn't a re-release. There are verying paint applications, she has a new head and a different colored missile.

And dont forget the mechtech gun and the autobot logo. BTW, I might not buy DOTM arcee but i am thinking to buy DOTM Air Raid. Lets see how he looks in the movie.

Headmold's the same, just colored differently. The headlights are the same color as the missile.
