Is there a squardron of transformers that transform into heliocopters, military or not?

the decepticons have the combaticons who in turn have vortex..

What do you mean by squadron? Can't you just mix and match several helicopters together or does it have to be from the same series?

Then no.., There are a lot of helicopter tf's but they are all solo helicopters. They aren't a part of a chopper group.

Although if you put them all together, you could call them the Chopper Squadron if you wanted.

There's Energon Bruticus, two of his parts become helicopters but they're identical, except for their colors.

I think he is asking if there has ever been a group of TF's. Like the Aerialbots, or the Dinobots, or the Insecticons, that are a sub group of Tf's and all Transform into the same type of thing. In this case Helicopters.

Yes there are a lot of TF's that transform into helicopters, but as far as i know there is no one group of that type.

The Chopperbots if you will, or the Helibots. or The Coptertrons. you get the idea.

Hah, Coptertrons, I like the sound of those. I think we might need someone to draw us Coptertron. He would be one bad ass Gestalt, what with spinning blades EVERYWHERE.

It's a combiner from Machine Robo Rescue, the modern version of the toyline that gave us the Gobots. IIRC, the "torso" bot is a piloted mecha, and the four identical limb bots are just drones.

There's a knockoff of it sometimes available at Big Lots, but I do NOT reccomend it - the plastic is without a doubt the CHEAPEST I have seen, and it fragments if you just try to even pick it up.

Machine Robo Rescue team Gyro Robo.

Yeah, i got a set of those. One of the main robot's legs snapped off the first time I combined them. They just have such incredibly cheap plastic its ridiculous.

Still the combined robot doesn't look too bad, maybe a little slim.


You could create your own "Coptertron", minus the cetral figure, if you get four helicopter Energon limbs and plug them into any one center. I Think maybe Superion Maximus center would work to keep with the flying vehicle theme.
