USA Power Up VT6 vs. Japanese Power Up VT6

I just got the Japanese version from my friend in Japan for cheap. I'm using that one as his Autobot counterpart just cause he's different from the original. Which version do you guys prefer?

They have a different pic on the screen. Is there anything else different?
