I decided to check the local Wal Mart to see if they had any movie stuff out yet. They didn't but, I got a much better surprise. They put out some cases with Wheeljack/Warpath/Thundercracker!!! I couldn't believe it. I had given up hope for finding them at retail, and just when I was about to break down and pay ebay prices for them. Another surprise was they had a HFTD Highbrow and clearanced to $13 a few days ago. I didn't have enough money on me at the time so I stashed him back behind the PCC's and when I came back later in the day he was gone. But to my surprise he was back on the shelf today so I snagged him up. The HFTD deluxe figures are Clearanced to $3 ea. I bought two of each Wheeljack/Warpath/Thundercracker, one for me and one for my son, and got the Highbrough for $13 then grabbed Terradive, Battle Blades Bumblebee, and Ironhide for my son for $3 bucks each.

You guys might want to check your stores because it looks like they're pushing these out to move them for movie figures. Good luck with your hunt!!

By the way, there is still a couple of each of the Generations I left behind too.

Yeah same deal for me..I strolled into a good target in my area the other day I scooped up 2 warpaths..Only 1 each of TC and WJ but I was floored by the 2 warpaths. No lie man you could fetch some serious dough for that on ebay.I saw 2 auctions hit the $60 mark.. Good score though man.

A warning to those who see this though.. Not all stores are the same so don't race to your nearest retailer hoping to find these The other stores in my area havent even discounted nor moved anything, this is kind of a crapshoot..Your best bet to find some great deals would be late sunday night..

Yeah, saw some "stock not yet put out" at my local stores today, too - but at both places, that stock consisted of Kup, Blurr, and Ramjet, etc...

There were some new sightings for those Generations locally, too. I think they're finally on their way to regular distribution...especially considering the Generations weren't clearanced. So if anyone wants to screw anyone on eBay, better do it soon... (not directed at you, LiK.)

I wish I had that kind of luck today..

LoL No worries my man. I already sold my extra warpath to a member on this site actually for retail I don't have the heart to gouge fellow collectors. I did notice that everywhere that did have figures on clearence it was the gold backed figures and not the generations figures.. Wierd..

Nice one mate, that's a great haul, especially considering that some of those guys have been hard to find at retail anywhere.

Hammond, IN Walmart, I just snagged WJ, Warpath and 2 TC's along with a Scourge.

Scourge and extra TC were for local collectors as well, so their already spoken for.

Someone else beat me 2 the other WJ and Warpath though lol

Yeah, I'm in northeast Indiana (small town called Kendallville is the WM i found these at). So, it looks like they might be finally trickling this way.

I know I could have picked up the others for ebay but I was so excited to find them that it felt better for me to leave for another person to have that excitement to find them at retail. Maybe even a kid who is just getting into TF's.

Stores near me have squat with the shift to DOTM.

WTF? Was yesterday lucky Firday the 13th for EVERYBODY!? I took a trip to Wal Mart yesterday to see if they had DOTM stuff out. They did! Not the entire load but they did! I found Cyberverse Prime (which I did not get), Cyberverse Ironhide (I did get), Cyberverse Megatron (Pretty crappy but I got him), and Cyberverse Sentinel. There was an endcap full. There were 3 sides. The cyberverse were on the East side. Went left and found some gobot speeders crap. Went on the west side found DOTM LEADER BUMBLEBEE, DOTM LEADER SENTINEL, and DOTM HA BUMBLBEEE AND SKIDS W/ ELITA 1! I didn't have money to get the HA, nor did I want any of them. I picked up DOTM Leader Sentinel, and those were the 3 I went home with. And I still have money to spare for the DOTM street date, which is a big deal because my town is keen on street dates >_<

Would someone like to hook me up with a Warpath? Pretty please?

Man, I'm sorry guys. I wish I would have thought more about picking up extras yesterday for you guys beforehand. Went back today and the store is cleaned out. The $3 deluxes all sold and all the Generations are back down to just the few WFC etc. stuff again.

Sad part is, I know I left at least 2 each of Warpath and Wheeljack and 3 Thundercrackers. Now that I think back on it the selves were completely full when I got there. This may have been only the second time I can ever remember being there in time to be the first person to dig through figures just after they were put out.

If I ever get lucky like this again, next time I'll be more clear minded and try to pick up extras for you guys here who are looking. I just really am sorry. I was so excited and surprised to find them that nothing else was really going through my mind at that moment.
