Do you leave them in alt. mode? Robot mode? Do you connect them to the TF they came with? If so, what mode are they in while connected? What about the teams that come without a TF?

I'm just trying to figure out the best place to stick these little guys.

I put 'em on the bottom shelf, right next to the Minibots, LOC's, smaller Gobots, and Micromasters.

Bot mode?

I display them in bot mode on my computer desk along with my micromasters and smaller G1 figs such as insecticons.
I display them in whatever mode I think looks best for each figure.

Ayup. 99.6% of my collection is in Bot or Combined Combiner mode. And the only reason Wreckage isn't is that I was playing with him.

I mix mine up between alt and bot mode to create city scenes with Metroplex.

That's a great idea. I'm going to give that a try.

My Minicons live either attached to Unicron, or in a small cardboard box hidden away

I have mine set out in a huge two sided fight scene between Shcokwave and Ultramagnus, ala DW micromasters. As i get more i just slot them in. The only minicons that dont take part in this brawl are those attached to impressive figures, so Leader-1, Sparkplug, Safegaurd and Deadend have escaped the slaighter so far

Mine remain in the minicon drawer. in one of those 3 drawer plastic drawer things.

They take the middle drawer, with cyber keys and other accessories taking the bottom drawer.
Weapons take the top drawer. The only accessories not in the drawers, are the Energon Power Chips, which are always plugged in there corresponding figures.

Sometimes i'll take some minicons out and attatch them to bigger bots. Usually just the ones that are weapons and or add something to the figure.

Energon Prime carries the minicon combined Star Saber, while Classics Ultra Magnus carries the Cybertron remolded Saber.

The only minicon I own is the one that came with Vector Prime, and he stays in gun mode attatched to VP's arm.

I'm not too big on minicons. If they were as cool as full-sized TF's, I'd be down, because I love my WSTs, but most minicons aren't. The only ones I'd really be interested in buying would be ones that turn into weapons... like new-school Targetmasters, if you will. But the idea of a miniature car/robot (et cetera) that attatches to a larger TF seems silly to me.

Well If they came with a Transformers I usually attach it to that Transformer, usually in an action pose, etc. For Sideway's minicons I just put them as the rider and put them on sideways. If they're from a team i put them in robot mode because they look a lot better

In alt mode

Mine are in Alt-mode and atached to TFs cos they just fall apart all the time.

I eat the red ones last.

For me it depends on how I want the figures set up. Sometimes, they are in bot mode, sometimes in vehicle mode and sometimes in weapon mode attached to a larger TF. Right now though, most of them are in storage.
