Tip for Voyager Shockwave owners

Are you having trouble with the hose? Do you find it pops out of his back when you try to extend his gun arm, because it just doesn't seem to be long enough?

If so, I bet you have it plugged into the port on the back of his right shoulder.

Instead, plug it into the port on his lower back, the little piece that kinds of swivels a bit around a larger piece and doesn't seem to serve any other purpose. With the hose connected there, Shockwave can extend his gun arm straight and the hose reaches without popping out!

That's where it's supposed to go isn't it? I've never once considered pluging it into the back of the shoulder. Could have sworn it was in the instructions like that but I don't have them handy to make sure.

It was definitely in the instructions.

Seriously, what other point is there for the port on the lower back?

The only problem I sometimes have is the hose popping off of the gun itself.
