does anyone know of a website or place where i can get the bumblebee battle helmet or weapon projectile?
I recently bought one second hand, and found these pieces missing.

Can't help you with the battle mask, but the missile is actually one of the only replaceable parts for a TF I believe is available, at least directly from the source:
