Will there be a dotm deluxe Megatron

Being as a deluxe Prime has a deluxe version, should Megatron get one? Or will he just fall into leader class.
Also leader Blackout would be nice

Every time a fan says "Leader Blackout" Primus kills a kitten. Please, think of the kittens.
To be honest, I don't see Megatron working a Deluxe, for the sole fact the whole vehicle, including the trailer, transforms into the robot, while with Optimus only the cab section does. The Cyberverse version cheats on that, but it still forms the whole vehicle with the fuel tank.

I think Voyager Megatron will scale nicely with a Deluxe Optimus- Meg is too small for the current Voy Optimus IMO.

I don't even want a Leader Blackout, but I'd like to see a Leader Blackout because Cheetor always got on my nerves. Leader Blackout could possibly come close to doing away with that kind of thing. In short Leader Blackout is the way forward. Leader Blackout is the answer. Leader Blackout, Leader Blackout, Leader Blackout.
I suppose it might be difficult to make a deluxe Megatron work from the DOTM alt-mode.

DOTM Voyager Megatron is better scaled for Deluxe Optimus than a Deluxe Megatron would be.
