Does anyone have iGear Ramject, Dirge, and Thrust? What is the quality control like? Plastic quality? Joints? Stress marks? Any malformities? Basically, are they just like the Takara MP versions? Are they worth getting?

You did see these are going for $120+ each, right? I have no clue why they think they are justifed in charging that much for one transformer. Besides, you can get the classics one waaaaaay cheaper.....

Well, I was just watching 4 the other week (2 misb and 2 complete loose) and they all went for $50+ shipped. But yeah, $120 is a lot to pay for a KO.

Regardless of price, comparing a classics seeker and an MP on is a bit silly.

Yuuuup.

Further considering that other MP figures are coming out at the $200 and now $300 levels...$120 isn't so bad.

Agreed. I'm going to have to close my eyes when I order MP-10.

I was looking at Ramjet and the others at the TFSource store at BotCon and I wasn't really impressed with Ramjet. It doesn't look like a cheap knockoff, but it just didn't look as good as I thought it should for the $135 (i think) that they were asking for it. Now Thrust looked pretty good

Now these might be just evil KOs, but from what I hear they are of a pretty good quality and iGear seems to take good care of their customers by sending replacement parts or even figures should there be anything wrong with it.

I have the faith leader mold. The quality is seriously suspect, several broken parts, like in some youtube reviews. Buuut... I did contact IGear and they took very good care of me by sending the entire lower half of Optimus to fix a broken hip joint. So now I have spare legs and a waist.

To me, I don't consider Igear products as "evil KOs" because they don't fool or misleading the consumers with the original since there items are a scale down version. On the other hands, I have major issue with KO G1 Reissue High Quality maker. Thanks to them/KO G1 Reissue, I have to do some researches before bidding on stuffs just to verify whether its authentic or not.

Back to igear QC, to me, I'm not buying any transforming figure from them unless they improve the quality. My PP01 Ultra broke in 6 differences area on my 1st transformation! What a piece of garbage.

EDIT *copy & paste*
This is what happen to my igear PP01 Ultra on my 1st transformation:
Image
1 - Once I removed everything from the clear plastic tray, I decided to reattach the Megatron UNCLE stock back to the pistol. Next thing I know, one side of the clip tabs broke off.
2 - On my 1st transformation, I started to rotated the lower left chest attached to the wheel. The darn thing snapped and broke off.
3 - My Matrix container was assembled wrong! I had to unscrew and rotate the panel.
4 - On my 2nd transformation, the lower right chest spring and circular metal started to shoot out by itself just when I rotated it. Now I lost both pieces. At least this chest is still attaching.
5 - I didn't even realize I broke one of the smaller tabs of the chest door, LOL.
6 - The wrist band is easily detachable.

Wow, that's really sucky materials for iGear Ultra Magnus. Thnaks for all the input. It is making think a little more serously about $100+ investment.
