who thinks Hasbro's should make a human alliance Optimus Prime

Um, technically speaking, Takara's already making one. MP-10 Convoy has a Spike figure who can sit inside the cab, and possibly even in Roller and the blue turret.

As for the movieverse which is primarily targeted at kids, as much as I'd like to see it happen, it's very unlikely. Parents would never pay that kind of money for a kid's toy.

In any case, it might not be the best idea, considering that HA's would have to incorporate some kind of interaction gimmick with the human figure; these gimmicks can sometimes get in the way of a TF's proportions and articulation.

IMO, leader class ROTF OP is good enough for me. Jetwing DOTM OP would also be perfect, though.

If they do do it i think the thing would be like a masterpeice or from transtopia

quick question do u know if the um ultimate optimus prime is gonna be out in the usa the one were they use the ROTF optimus design??? that figure looks bad ass

Actually, he's called Jetwing Optimus.

For now, he's a Takara Japan-only exclusive, but just as Hasbro gave us the ROTF OP/Jetfire two-pack using the Buster OP mold [but retaining the mouth-guard head sculpt], they'll probably release Jetwing OP in much later waves. If there's any chance Jetwing OP will be released, it'll either be before or after Ultimate Optimus [aka butterfly OP] is released, so as not to interfere with the sales of the latter.

Heheh, I can't argue with that; LC BB's are selling pretty well at my neck of the woods as well.

A HA OP is another story altogether, though. For it to be in scale with the rest of the HA line, he'd have to be even larger than MP-1 Convoy [remember, movieverse OP is a "long-nose" truck as opposed to a snub-nose.] It could easily be a third or more pricier than a leader class BB.

Just my two cents' worth.

I don't think they could really improve upon the ROTF leader mold so I could do without. But I'd probably buy it if it wasn't too ridiculously priced...and probably be disappointed.

I hope they rerelease the ROTF otimus prime in the DOTM line the newer version though maybe add some mech tech weapons and change the way the blades come out they should just slide out

So i guess your saying you want to buy it... if you live in the US or close, i guess you can buy from BBTS. if u live in asia, mostly every collector shop would have it

i live in us and i need this to get a good prime for dotm and i cant get it online cause my credit card isnt working so like i said if anyone knows were to get it free or get it for me just tell me
