Need some help with a fiction involving characters that have toys for a home display.

I have Cyclonus leading Scourge and Thunderwing with help from Tankor and Astrotrain on a mission to destroy the seekers due to they're ineptness. After losing Skywarp and Ramjet in a battle they (the seekers) approach a group of Autobots for help, but who are they? I need a group of (Possibly) Autobots to counter this force and have no idea who might be fitting. Any ideas? Preferably a similar style to the classics line. Thanks for any help/ideas.

Generations Blurr is definitely the best gun-wise.

I like the Jetfire/Treadbolt combo. But more the Jetfire part. Treadbolt is great but I feel one of the mold is enough for this setup.

And though Drift is a great fighter/figure, I do not see him as being much use against these guys.

You also mentioned Counterpunch. I do not own this figure, but I do own Sideswipe and Sunstreaker. Just also feel like they'd be on the ground playing rummy until someone was stupid enough to get too close. Though,... there was that G1 episode where they directly attacked the seekers in the air,..... interesting thought.

Now that you mention it, I can see him sniping one of them to the ground and dealing with them ^^. Just wish I owned this figure. Awesome suggestion though, thank you.

I am feeling more and more I need/want a blur ^^ Wish I could find a Perceptor for a reasonable price ^^ One of those ones (along with Wreck-Gar) I really wanted but never showed up around here.

How 'bout... G1 errector and RTS grapple
