Alfes2010 from Japan has got his hand on the International Tokyo Toy Show 2011 Exclusive Transformers United Dark Side Optimus Prime & Dark Side Megatron.

Both of the figures are repaint version of Generations Cybertronian Optimus Prime & Generations Cybertronian Megatron.

I'm actually a fan of the odd black-repaint so these have got my intrest.

It'd be cool to see the pair in a white and gold colouration. Light Side Optimus and Light Side Megatron?

The promo images of megatron were pretty cool, but the only thing I can say about his in hand images is... HIS LEGGS LOOK FRICKEN RETARDED!!!! That gray clashes with the whole rest of the figure! I am extremely dissapointed due to the fact that I though this had great pottential

Looked back at the pics, I guess I made a mistake thinking his legs were black, I apoligize for my idiotic rant. Please ignore.

they both look amazing. i just still dont like primes gun. i just hate the look of it for some reason. doesnt look badass enough for me.

I am surprised at myself for how boring these seem to be for me.

This reminds me, I still want the regular versions of these guys. Pass on the black.

What is the story behind them, why are "Darkside" and why is Prime a Decepticon?

so it is Nemesis Prime. hmm. Interesting-er. But still not interesting enough for the price tag. Will wait for the 3-pack.

The sparkly black on Nemesis looks fantastic! Megatron looks really solid, too. But I'm mostly in this pack for the Nemesis, though the Decepticon symbol on his shoulders do look rather bright in comparison to the rest of him. I'm really happy I pre-ordered these two baddies.

Glad I ordered these guys from RobotKingdom Friday. Nemesis Prime (I know that's not his name, but that's what I'm gonna call him) looks VERY awesome. I just wish they had given him a sword or something. Oh well, mine will be holding Shadow Commander's sword since he's got his hands full with the TAW sword.

Megatron ain't half bad either. I was planning on selling him off but I just may keep him. I just don't get the point of an evil Megatron. Isn't he already evil???

I have these pre-ordered. I'm a bit more impressed with the Megatron than I thought I'd be. I really like the mold though. I think it's my favorite Megatron mold. Scourge/Nemesis Prime is always a win with me.

Something I really don't understand; Dark Side Megatron. Megatron.... he's already a bad guy So now he's even badder? Yes, it's a nice toy but the idea for me is silly.

i think you are all missing the glory of these toys.... please allow me to enlighten... bring up in seibertron galleries the gallery of RID scourge. now re-look at this "darkside OP" with his decepticon tat and all... notice the EXACT colors as scourge??!?!?!?! YA THIS IS SCOURGE in cybertronian MODE!!!!!!!! hence one of the coolest effing prime repaints.... i was seriously waiting for our HFTD (or generations srry if so)G2 prime to get scourge treatment but we got let down


now as for this black megs? well im not all that stoked but at least hes got some purps colorings so that we can sorta call him our WFC galvatron

Actually, the black, grey, and teal was used for several Nemesis Prime repaints, Scourge was merely the second after Beast Wars II Black Lioconvoy. It's a trademark "evil clone" deco, and we merely call any evil Optimus Prime Nemesis Prime nowadays after the Armada version.

I still find SDCC universe nemessis the best of the black op.s
